Follow our step-by-step guide to get your business online in minutes.
Part 1: Account & Business Registration
Create Your Account
Click the "Register" button and sign up using your email or Google. This creates your secure login for managing the dashboard.
Register Your Business
After creating an account, you will be prompted to register your business. Fill in your business name and create a unique Booking Page URL (e.g., "my-barbershop").
Part 2: Essential Setup
Complete Your Business Profile
In the "Customize" section of the sidebar, you’ll find 4 pages to complete:
• Brand Info: Add logo, business name, and description.
• Contact & Location: Add phone, email, and Google Maps location.
• Business Hours: Define open/close times (including multiple shifts).
• Socials & Appearance: Pick a color theme and add Instagram/Facebook.
Add Services & Staff
From the dashboard sidebar, go to "Services & Staff". Add all the services you offer and the staff members who perform them.
Assign Services
In the "Staff Profiles" section on the same page, assign the specific services that each staff member provides.
Set Staff Availability
Navigate to the "Availability" tab. Here you can set the default weekly working hours for each staff member, including breaks and days off.
Go Live!
Your booking page is active! Share your unique link (e.g., kleise-rantevou.com/business/your-url) with clients to start accepting appointments online.
