For Business Owners

•Account Information: Your email address and password for authentication, managed securely by Firebase Authentication.

•Business Details: Your business name, contact email, phone number, address, and "about" description.

•Booking Configuration: Your unique booking page URL, business hours, and preferred theme.

•Service and Staff Data: Details about the services you offer (name, price, duration) and your staff members (name, availability).

For Your Customers (End-Users)

When a customer books an appointment with your business through your booking page, we collect the following information to facilitate the booking:

•Contact Information: The customer’s full name and phone number.

•Optional Information: The customer’s email address and any additional notes or comments they provide.

Automatically Collected Information

Like most online services, we may automatically collect standard log data and usage information through services like Google Analytics to help us understand how our platform is used and to improve our service.

We use the information we collect to:

•Provide, operate, and maintain our booking services.

•Create and manage your business profile and public booking page.

•Process appointments made by your customers.

•Communicate with you, including sending password reset emails and important service notifications.

•With Your Customers: Your public business information (name, address, phone, services) is displayed on your booking page for customers to see.

•With Business Owners: Customer contact information (name, phone, email) is shared with the business owner they booked with to allow for appointment management.

•With Service Providers: We use third-party services like Firebase (for database, authentication, and hosting) and Google (for analytics and authentication) to operate our platform. These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.

5. Data Security

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. All authentication is handled by Firebase, and we use secure database rules to restrict data access. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. As a business owner, you have the ability to permanently delete your account and all associated data (including your business profile, staff, services, and bookings) from the "Account Settings" page in your dashboard.
